I just learned this on Thanksgiving since my stepmom makes the best Thanksgiving meal around! I asked her how her turkeys always turn out so fabulous - her response was the Butterball - this from the woman who lives in Jennie-O country! My husband said his grandmother (who raised turkeys) injected her own with butter as well. So, eat the Butterball - you are supporting turkey farms and the dairy industry! :-) Butterballs are better because they are injected with butter (thus, the name).
