This is a delicious and easy salad to make. The scarlet color makes it perfect for Valentine’s Day, 4th of July, or Christmas. I use a Tupperware jello mold which looks nice and is easy to remove. If you don’t have a mold, you can just put the jello into a glass baking dish.

Whew! That was a fun weekend. Went to Blissdom 09 in Nashville. Believe it or not I love blogging so much that I went to a blogging conference rather than the Florida Alpaca Show which I have attended for years this very weekend.
