Hey, what an adorable cria. I have a 5 month old cria named Jasper who has just been weaned off. Unfortunately for him, he was born very sick and appeared to have pneumonia. For the first week and a half he had to live inside as he was extremely weak and on medication. It didn't help that when he was born his mother was very reluctant to feed him and did not see him as hers. We had the same problem with our last cria Willow who we got to eventually feed of the same mum after two days and after a vet visit. Jasper of course had to be bottle fed, but lives with his mum and sister. However, of course he loves humans and prefers our company. He is very well behaved with me and all my family members except my 12 year old brother who he sees as a play mate. We are training him to behave and he is fully halter trained. I was wondering what you would suggest... He will be getting desexed soon which may hold back his testosterone. Thanks Tess.
