Glad to know you are only exhausted :) I have a space in my hay barn where I make myself sit, on a bale of hay, away from everything for at least 5 minutes a day. No phone, no computer, and even no alpacas. 5 minutes isn't that long, but to quiet the mind of the self employed does take some effort! I also love spinning to "unwind" but my mind is not quiet as I plan the next spinning or knitting project. I’ve actually had a couple of spa days in my life and I cherished every second of them. The whole mind, body, spirit thing.

Alas, I own an alpaca farm now so my funds are tied up in my herd so I’ve found a new way to relax…spinning.

I love to spin. I now have three wheels depending on what I spin. I enjoy combing, carding, blending and spinning.
